Jonathan's First Birthday
Jonathan had a great first birthday. It was a beautiful day and we celebrated out on the porch, starting with presents!
After a while, we had to call in the professional to help with the unwrapping.
Thanks for the presents Mommy!
Now let's play!
Then it was time for cake!
There was a little suspicion at first about what was happening when the singing started.
But then...
This might not be so bad...
Yay!
Time to blow out the candles!
And now let's eat!
Hmmm... how's this taste?
It's good!

Emma's 4th Birthday
For Emma's Birthday we had her party at home and had a local animal rescue group come to do an animal show.
Emma was so excited!
The first animal was a tree frog.
There was also a bearded lizard.
And a hedgehog!
And a box turtle named "Little Bear"
And then came the skunk.
But not to worry, he was descented.
And there was a wallaby!
Next up were a chinchilla,
a ball python,
The next animal needed a few helpers to handle...
The big snake!
And who doesn't love holding an alligator on her birthday?
Afterwards, we all had pizza and cake on the porch.
Later she got her special present from Mommy and Daddy...
...a big kid bike!
